This is such a beautiful and stylish CAS card!! I absolutely love the blue background. I can't tell if the torn-edge frame around it is a die-cut or torn yourself but whatever it is, its looks spectacular and adds just the right amount of interest. Its a fabulous card and I'm so glad you shared it with us at TIME OUT!
